Re: Standalone DRM Free Non Steam Version

Hmm, I see.

Assuming that the Mac app store/linux versions get their own multiplayer system, if this system was also added to the windows versions, would it be added as an alternative multiplayer system that the steam version could use? Theoretically.

Re: Standalone DRM Free Non Steam Version

Offline co-op will work fine without Steam and it's likely that we'll support something else for Linux users :) So, could we get it confirmed that, at BEST Linux users won't be able to play with anyone running the game on Windows/Mac, and the WORST (hopefully unlikely)situation is that Linux won't ...

Re: Trine 2 with steam

For multiplayer we however will require Steam. Will the Linux version not have multiplayer then? It's likely that Linux will get it's own system, so Linux multiplayer should work without Steam. This, however, will take a bit extra time to implement. Which means we won't be able to play multiplayer ...

Closer to 20%, and I doubt Desura takes a larger % than steam.

Trine, new installer

The new Linux installer from the HFB page appears to be slightly broken. For me at least. Everything installs normally until it starts unpacking something called trine/dev/audio_cache.fbz. If I take this file out manually it is only 144.2 MB. When the installer does it it goes over 5 GB (after that ...

for comparison as wine does loot a bit better imo.

Looks like you don't have the blurriness fix on Linux, that's why everything looks... off.

Re: [Linux] Can't Alt-tab or change virtual deskop

Thanks for tips! It will be nice if there will be some possibility to run in windowed fullscreen. Sounds odd but this seems only way how to run trine ok on my dual head setup. i.e. World of warcraft has this possibility. When I run Trine fullscreen, it appears in center of my two monitors so center...

Re: Native Linux Ubuntu 10.10 Video Capture

My only beef ( I love humble bundle and always donate) was it was rushed. IMHO it's a sad day when stock WINE gives a 20% performance boost over native :/ This is almost always an issue when the game is ported after the fact instead of having the engine and game cross-platform from the beginning. U...

Whether or not this has any bearing on the problem or not: Your drivers are nearly a year old and should probably be updated.

Character screen

Hmm, on the character screen should health, energy, and exp all be shown as current/maximum? Because for me (64 bit Linux) They're shown as current/current. Which.... doesn't really make any sense. For example, my health will be shown as 63/63 instead of 63/100. Is this a bug or... some kind of stra...

Re: Linux: Fix to the slightly blurry rendering on linux

Yup, this makes the game look 1000x better.

Hopefully Frozenbyte will focus solely on OpenGL in the future so we don't run into these issues.
