Re: PSN release?

Great, PSN it is! I actually looked up comparisons between the different graphical settings and for the most part, they're all nearly identical except for Shader Quality on Very Low. Even on the lowest setting though it still looks pretty good. http://www.geforce.com/News/articles/trine-2-stunning-3...

Re: PSN release?

How does the PSN version fare vs the PC version? I ask because a lot of times, the AA is turned off in multiplayer titles and other reductions. I know it probably wont reach Maximum settings for PC, but if it's close enough that it'd be hard to tell a difference, then I could wait a couple more week...

Re: Trine PSN US release October 22nd - explanation thread

I warned you guys early on the standard pricing for PSN games was $15 or less and people aren't used to paying more than that. It's on the same scale as releasing a $75 retail game when the standard is $60. You can count on the hardcores to buy it, but as you saw, the general PS3 owners are much les...

Re: Level 8 is really really hard!

Speaking of which, I can't for the life of me find the 2nd treasure in this level. When I went through it, could've sworn I saw 2 treasure boxes open but in the playthrough it says 1/2.

Re: I'm disappointed with FrozenByte

We don't need another thread about this.

Honestly though, news regarding this game is so messy. You guys should clarify with those news sites with what's going on so they can update their articles, thus less of these posts.

Re: Who was your first favorite character, and who eventually?

Favorite character before I played the game: thief Favorite character after playing demo: thief I was expecting the thief to be very weak but surprisingly, she can pump out so many arrows to push the enemy back before even getting hit. She *almost* could take the place of the knight, at least in the...

Re: Lauri's top list of how Trine or Frozenbyte screws players

You realize there's a lot of complaints BECAUSE people want to play this, right? I would be more worried if this forum was completely dead. And the more people you get interested, the higher the expectations as well.

Re: Online Co Op-360 version(PS3 owners get screwed once again?)

As long as PSN/PC version gets patched with online co-op before 360 version is out, they won't feel jipped.

Re: Rate the demo!

9/10. Very good demo. I liked how the tutorial shows you exactly where to press a button with a picture of the controller on the screen. Nice amount of stuff hidden throughout. It took me a couple playthroughs to find the two rings. I was completely unaware that you could level up the abilities thro...

Re: Trine PC Priced at $40?

You guys are misunderstanding the price point for the PSN release. It doesn't really have anything to do with it being a full-fledged game or indy game, just that 95% of the games released on PSN, large or small, are $10-20. On top of that, all the higher priced ones are from established franchises ...

Re: Questions for the Developers

$9.99 - $14.99 is the most it should sell for. Anymore and it's too expensive, especially for a new IP with very little advertising.
