Re: Trine crashes in startup

I'm sorry for the delay but hopefully this helps! I don't think we have run into this issue before, but here is something that might help: 1. Choose Another Resolution If you can't find the correct resolution from the game's launcher you can also change it by locating the options.txt file in the gam...

Re: Complete story : no soundtrack/artbook folders

Sorry for the delay! There has been a lot of posts to go through. Actually the Artbooks and Soundtracks are sold separately on the game's Steam Store page . So, you need to get that before you can access the files. If you need more help, I recommend emailing at Support[at]Frozenbyte[dot]com. If you ...

Re: -disableMinidump why is this required?

Sorry for the delay! Also unfortunately I don't know the answer, but the minidump feature has interfered with other games too – so, it's possible the problem is with the program itself. You can read more about minidumps from this Steam article . This issue doesn't happen on most systems, so unfortun...

I'm sorry for the delay. There has been a lot of messages to go though, but hopefully this helps! Also unfortunately Trine 2 doesn't support PlayStation controllers, so we can't really help you. However there was recently another player who found a solution to this and shared it in this thread , so ...

I don't think there are any updates. One way to see what has changed is to check the readme_changelog.txt from the game's installation folder.

Still thank you for your interest. Cheers! :)

Sorry for the delay! There has been a lot of support requests to answer. Is this problem still occurring? If it is even after reinstalling the game, please check that your antivirus or other security program isn't interfering with the game's files. You can make sure this isn't happening by adding Tr...

Great game and spectacular graphics, It is also highly addicting and engaging. Worth every penny! but This game is unable to load a saved game after 1 or 2 plays. When trying to continue, the game crashes on loading and your saved game is erased. You're probably writing about the Android version of...

Sorry for the long delay! There has been a lot of messages to go through. I wouldn't count what you did as cheating, but most likely there are alternative ways to pass that puzzle. :) Some of the later levels have harder puzzles where switching might be necessary, but I'm pretty sure our QA has at l...
