Re: Trine PC Priced at $40?

According to Shacknews.com, Trine will cost half the PC-price on the PS3, $20 that is: http://www.vg247.com/2009/06/29/trine-ps3-price-half-that-of-pc/ That's what I call extreme. I can understand the decision, this thread alone very much shows what I suppose has led to it, but I still feel very unc...

Re: Saved game

Come on now, this isn't the kindergarten, there is no need for such uselessly agressive arguments :) Obviously mosh does have a problem with the lack of a more liberating save system, and I'm sure no argumenting against it will make this problem vanish. There isn't even need for discussion, as this ...

Re: Anyone with NO problems with the price?

I did have a problem with a price. Not because I didn't think Trine would be worth it, just because I didn't want to pay so much for another game in the next time. Anyway, I've played through the demo about 7 or 8 times now. Yeah, I am having a bit of fun with it :D I am very sure that I would have ...

Steam pre-purchase price lower than final release price?

At the moment there is some confusion as to whether or not Trine's current price on Steam is lower than the final release price or not. There have been reports that it is, but usually there is a sign in the Steam store specifically saying how the current price differs from the final one, if it does ...

Re: Important question about co-op

I'd also just like to say that online coop would greatly increase the appeal of Trine. For example I will hardly be able to play it in coop, even though the game looks tailor-made for it and even a lot more fun that way. Especially playing it with two other people on one computer might be problemati...

Re: Bizarre Xbox360 gamepad problem

I also had a problem with my Xbox 360 Controller, at least in coop with another player. If I set up the controller in the settings before the game, the second player using it couldn't do anything when the second level started. Only after I went over the options again, set the default options again, ...

Re: Trine PC Priced at $40?

I think you should actually be flattered that you are considered an indie developer, as that "label" usually also includes having a certain passion for making fun and interesting games. That's quite different to how large development studios whose number of developers exceeds 100 or 200 ar...
