Re: DLC Path to New Dawn

I'm just going out on a limb here, but since there seem to be multiple issues here, have you attempted to un-install and re-install the game? Perhaps starting fresh and immediately installing the patch will do the trick? When you install the patch, are you logged in as the computer's Administrator?

Re: Upcoming Linux version

The official Linux version of NWN has been up on the company's site for years. Installation is as simple as downloading the package and unpacking it, what's at all complicated about that? It can be done with or without the Windows resource files. I will be thrilled if transitioning from the Windows ...

Re: Trine versions

The patch from 1.4 to 1.7 contains some fixes and, I think, one new level which can be played after the game is completed. It doesn't have a whole new campaign and the game play is the same. You mentioned the patch wasn't installing, could you provide some details? What steps did you take? Did you s...

Re: Don't have an extra keyboard - any trick ?

I think you're going to be stuck buying a controller. Or, if your laptop can play Trine, install the game on the laptop and plug your keyboard into the laptop.

Upcoming Linux version

I bought a copy of Trine (for Windows) a while back and tried to get it running on my Linux machine via Wine. I didn't have much (read any) success, so I'm thrilled that there's a Linux port of Trine in progress. Thank you! My question is: Will I be able to get the Linux version of Trine working wit...

Re: Tower of Sarek

I had the same reaction. I played the game through on medium difficultly and I'm one of those slow puzzle solvers. Just kind of walked through the levels. So it was quite the shock to get to the Tower and suddenly be on a time limit with boxes and stuff appearing all over the place. While I apprecia...

Re: Success and Mac?

On the topic of other operating systems, I'd like to make a request for a Linux version. I tried out the demo on a friend's computer and loved it, but have been unable to get it running on my own (Linux) machine. I tried using Wine for and the Steam platforms for emulation. The game technically load...
