Trine got 16/20 on the most known/biggest french video-game website (And they are severe when they review a game)

http://www.jeuxvideo.com/articles/0001/ ... e-test.htm

EDIT: now Trine is on the top20 of jeuxvideo.com (16th/20) with World of Goo still the first in this toplist

EDIT2: here is another french review: http://www.clubic.com/test-jeux-video-1 ... trine.html

If you add online coop in this game as DLC I'm quite sure that all those review sites will add one more star or 10 more points to their scores. ^^

I'm assuming that a lot of reviewers are docking it for being $10 more expensive than the soon to come(?) PSN version. I know gamespot mentioned that it was "overpriced". I don't care though, it's worth it to support small developers. Great game!

It was a quite surprise for me too to see a few reviewers to drop the scores due to the price .. I need to ask them to correct the reviews once Trine PC price drops :D

But seriosly, they could have reviewed the game and write that it's not worth $30 but it's worth $20, if that's their opinion.

However, in general most of the reviewers are not biased by a price dispute but are still able to do professional reviews. And I'm recommending every single one review there, as the text parts usually reflect Trine perfectly.

GN is happy to state that Trine has received one of our highest reviews on the site, and is in the 90s! (100 point scale)

Check out the review here: http://gamersnexus.net/gamerev/25-pcg/169-trine

Note: The game did not lose points (maybe 1 or 2) from the lack of multiplayer support. We will go back and (possibly) edit the score once/if this support is patched in, though I understand it may be a long time.

the review scores seems pretty narrow in range, mainly being 80-85%. seems to be good.

Dont know how this review didnt make it here : http://www.gametrailers.com/video/review-trine/52764

7.8 is pretty good for that site as I'm checking up on many game reviews there :-)

However this game is 10 for me.

Simply awesome. A modern day platformer w/ next gen enhancements like physics. Graphics and art direction are top notch.
