Monster can breath in water?

Postby fengmmsocks » Thu Jun 16, 2011 6:26 pm

Hello FrozenByte and everyone!
I successfully forced the monster into the lake nearby, just to find that it walked around happily at the bottom of the lake.
I think that to bring the monster into the lake is a way, and a cool way to kill it in common sense. It feels a bit strange seeing the monster do not die just like the Bones would do when it touchs the surface of water, so I believe that this case was not considered would happen, maybe.

p.s. Sorry for my poor English.

Yeah, indeed the monster should have died. I guess no-one has ever managed to do that, not at least our testers ;)

Same thing You can do easy with spiders, they will follow You easy and You can notice that they also do not have any problems with fast moving under water surfaces.

Nice kill-attempt. I've never managed to get anything but the skeletons into the water. Interesting to see this .... crystal guy doesn't die.
