Game on sale at steam

Postby bman654 » Thu Dec 27, 2007 5:13 am

Hmm. I was waiting to buy it and I already have Shadowgrounds (non-steam) but I see Steam is having a sale and you can get both SG and SG:Survivor for only $12.95 (they want $17.95 for SG:Survivor by it itself which is...odd). I suppose I can live with the steam version at that price :)

Yeah Steam went crazy for the Holidays. It'll be back to normal price on the first of January I think. :)

I ended up getting it for $7.95 since they were also doing $5 off if you signed up for some digital payment system. quite the bargain.

You get paid the same whether they put it on sale or not right?

Not really. It kind of depends on all kinds of things... The "normal" price does give more to the developer, so that's a special thanks right there. :)

Ultimately every sale is good though, whether online or retail and whether the price is discounted or not.

Well the sale got me to buy it. I enjoyed both games quite a bit. Although I beat both of them in about 4 hours each which was a bit short. Have a few secrets yet to find in Survivor but other than that am done.

Can't wait to see what you come out with next though.
