Many years ago (before Survivor was available) I experimented Shadowgrounds in 3d first-person-shooter mode. Could have worked if mouse cursor (doubles as targeting crosshair) wouldn't have disappeared. Has anyone tried that with Survivor yet?

FB, is there any hope for fixing disappearing mouse cursor?

Hello Matti!

We'll try to look into this but can't really promise anything. We'll share if we find a solution.

Hi Matti!

One of our experts found this solution which seems to work decently well on both Shadowgrounds and Shadowgrounds: Survivor. There are some issues with it such as the character model becoming visible whenever the player picks up a weapon - but I think you understand there's no much more we can do about it.

So, follow these instructions:

1. Turn on Free Camera
2. Press F8 to open up the console and then type the following commands in:
setValue 0;setOptionValue camera_autozoom_enabled
setCameraZoom 1
setCameraBetaAngle 5
setUnitByIdString player1;hideUnit
setCameraFloatZoom 1.5

And try how it works! :)
