Provectus (Level 7) elevator not working

Hi,

I've encountered a problem with the elevator on the Provectus which takes you to the command deck. When I walk into the elevator nothing happens. I've played through the level on two seperate occasions with no luck.

I've not found anyone with a similiar problem via googling and forum search. If I can't get the elevator to work, is there a way to skip to the level 8.

Hey there - I know your post is like 1.5 years old at this point, but I was just replaying Shadowgrounds and browsing around the forums and figured perhaps it could help someone else, at least.

Anyway: I just got to this part too, and the elevator will indeed not do anything on its own. You need to hit the "use" key (default is "E," I think) and it'll take you where you need to go. I didn't try that until the other two NPCs were in the elevator with me, though I'm guessing that you can probably hit it regardless of where they are.
